What ArbWins is

ArbWins is an odds comparison service. It reads prices published by sportsbooks, shows where they differ, and links you to those sportsbooks. ArbWins does not accept wagers, hold funds, or act as a bookmaker or agent for any bookmaker.

Who may use it

You must be at least 21 years old and located where sports wagering is legal to use ArbWins. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and with each sportsbook's own terms.

Prices and accuracy

Sportsbook prices change constantly. ArbWins shows the price it last read and the time it read it. A price shown on ArbWins is not an offer; the price that applies is the one shown by the sportsbook when you place a bet. Always confirm the price at the book before you stake.

ArbWins does not guarantee that any opportunity remains available, that a sportsbook will accept a bet, or that your account at a sportsbook will remain in good standing.

Your account

One person, one account. Keep your sign-in methods secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your profile, sessions and saved preferences.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Billing and refunds

A free trial needs a card. About two days before the trial ends, ArbWins emails you the date the card will be charged and the amount. Cancel before then and nothing is charged; you keep Pro until the trial ends.

Charged by mistake? Reply to any email from ArbWins within 7 days of the charge and we refund it.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, scrape or redistribute ArbWins's data, interfere with the service, or use it to break a sportsbook's rules.

No warranty; limitation of liability

ArbWins is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArbWins is not liable for losses arising from wagers you place, from price changes, or from the availability of the service.

Changes

These terms may change. The date above tells you when they last did. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
